Applications are invited for the post of Director, National
Council for Promotion of Sindhi Language (NCPSL), Vadodara * in
the scale of pay of Rs. 14,300 – 18,300 from persons possessing
qualifications and experience mentioned below: -
Qualifications: Essential:

At least second class Masters Degree in
Sindhi or Linguistics or any other language from a
recognized University or equivalent. |

Experience or research / Literary work in
Sindhi as evidenced by published works of standing (evidence
to be furnished). |

□ |
Administrative experience of 5 years in
an academic institution as Principal or Head of Institution
or in a Government / autonomous organization as Under
Secretary or equivalent. |
Desirable:

Doctorate degree in the subject concerned |
|
□ |
Knowledge of any one or more languages other
than Sindhi |
|
□ |
Knowledge of modern principles and
techniques of lexicography |
Age: Not exceeding 50
years.
Method of Recruitment:
Direct or transfer on deputation or on contract basis.
Period of Deputation or Contract:
Three years.
