The executive Board
of the council shall appoint a Finance committee consisting of
five members of which three will be out of the Members of the
Council and Financial Adviser and the Director. NCPSL shall be
ex-officio Members. The Executive Board shall appoint the
Chairman of the Finance Committee. |

Six Sindhi Scholars
in the field of Sindhi language literature to be nominated by
the Government of INDIA

Two representatives
of the Ministry of Human Resourse Development, Government of
India (same as for the council) |

IV |
Six Prominent public
men interested in Promotion and development of Sindhi language
to be nominated by the Government of INDIA.

One Member each out
of the council Structure (viz. II, III & IV) to be nominated by
the Government of India. |

Scientific & Technical Terminology, New Delhi |
Two representatives
of States out of the Council structure (vix. VII) to be
nominated by the Government of India

Two representatives
of the Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource
Development, Department of Education, one of whom shall be from
its internal finance division
