The process of admissions to universities and colleges in Haryana is on at present. Generally, it has been observed that most of the scheduled caste boys and girls take admission in simple BA courses like Hindi, Sanskrit, political science, history, music, economics, punjabi etc.
Although, these courses are good for cultural regeneration, but these are not ‘job oriented’ courses. Even after completing there courses there are no opportunities of getting a job. Through this message, I will urge all schedule caste boys and girls to take admission only in the job oriented courses or professional courses. To name a few, hotel management, media communication, engineering, polytechnic, ITI, IIT, IIM, medical, computers etc.
Just for a social cause, I will request that this message may kindly be passed on to all the parents and boys and girls belonging to scheduled castes, who are seeking admission with the request that no one should take admission in the simple ARTS subjects and every schedule caste boy and girl should take admission only in the professional and job oriented courses.
Further, I request that this message may kindly be circulated widely on all concerned groups . Govt of Haryna as well as Govt of India have reservations in all subjects and courses. Let’s utilise these privileges and be grateful to the Government. Thank you
